The property is in a prime location in Rivervale. IGA is just around the corner, and bus stops are only a short walk away. It’s a 10-minute drive to Vic Park and about 14 minutes to the airport. Everything you need is conveniently within 10–15 minutes, which I really love.
The apartment is right at the front of the complex and located on the ground floor. There is one designated car bay inside, but visitor parking and verge parking are also available. It’s also walking distance from a REVO gym. Most of the neighbours are retirees, and they’re very friendly and quiet.

Hi, my name is Nicole. I live in a 2x2 apartment and currently stay here alone with my two cats. I previously lived with my partner of five years, but he had to relocate to Singapore for work. He’s still on the lease and visits every two months for a few days.
I’m very much a homebody, my routine is usually work, gym, and relaxing at home. I love cooking and keeping my space clean, and I prefer a quiet environment. I don’t smoke or party; I’d much rather go on outdoor hikes or walks. I’m also really into makeup and nails, and I enjoy glamming people up. I go into the office three times a week and work from home the other two.
I’m hoping to find a roommate not only to help with rent, but also to have a friendly companion to share the space with.
