The house is central, about 10 minutes walk to Rockingham Train Station and the same to Rockingham City Shopping Centre. There is parking on the grass available at the front of the house.

We are a couple with two kids under 4. The house has 3 minor bedrooms all with built-in robes and a shared bathroom. Currently we have 1 of the rooms rented by a single guy (who would be sharing the bathroom), and we have another room available.

The room includes a private bar fridge so that everyone's food is kept separate.

Who are we looking for?
You will have to be ok with a bit of noise. Our son wakes about 6am daily and doesn't know that weekends are supposed to be for sleeping in lol. We have a very loud blender that we use daily, and people tend to put washing in the machine at all hours. We are ok with all of this general household noise. We operate a reasonably predictable family day, everyone goes to work and comes home and is pleasant and amicable with each other. We're not into loud music, parties, alcohol or this type of ongoing lifestyle.

Responsibilities:
1: Keeping the front door locked is a must so our toddler doesn't escape

2: Deep cleaning the shared bathroom once a week

3: Cleaning up in entirety after using the kitchen

4: Keeping your room clean, disposing of food, rubbish and bringing used dishes out to the kitchen daily. Vacuuming, mopping and dusting regularly to ensure the room is sanitary and well-kept.

PLEASE NOTE:
We are looking for non-smokers and non-vapers.
We just don't want the smell or irritants throughout our house, yard or general vicinity.

Pets and Children can be considered with consultation.

Upfront costs to move in:

2 weeks bond (In case of damage) $520
2 weeks advance rent $520

Rent for a couple will be $350
