Hiya! 30yr old female living in a little 2 x 1 unit in Rockingham, with my 9yr old chihuahua x jack russell, Indi. I work fulltime in Kenwick and live pretty quietly during the week. Love a wine on a weekend whether at home or by the beach.
Washer & Dryer, Internet, Netflix & Water included. 5minute drive to Rockingham Foreshore. 2min drive/10minute walk to Rockingham shops. 5minute drive to Rockingham train station.
Understandably the unit is quite small, so could not accept couples or any other pets.
My lease is up at the end of April, and after 3 years I will not be looking to renew - advertising as my current housemate will be moving out.
