Girls Only 🌺Fully furnished 3 bed house. You’ll be sharing with just me and my beautiful, well behaved and clean rescue cat. I’m looking for 1 other full time worker female flatmate. The room can be furnished as in (just bring your suitcase!) or left unfurnished if you have your own stuff. It’s a Beautiful big house with lots of space! So perfect for sharing. Has 2 x lounge rooms, one is an TV/media room. A big backyard with a shaded and decked out patio area, very private! Aircon and ceiling fans throughout. Undercover parking for 2 cars, and a stones throw to Rockingham beach, shops, local cafes, pubs, parks and restaurants. I have a spare bed, tv and desk, lamp etc if. About the flatmates

I’m fit, healthy and house-proud, and like to keep myself and the house clean and tidy. Looking for a likeminded female flattie!! that shares the same values. I’m a “glass half full” kinda gal with positive vibes and an easy going nature. I keep to myself mostly, career focussed and kept busy with work in the media industry, and also caring for a sick family member. I relocated to Perth from Sydney to be closer to family etc I’m very respectful of others and their personal space, and “My home is my sanctuary”and where I like to recharge, refuel and chill out. When I’m at home, I love cooking and eating healthy food, binging on Netflix, playing around on my computer or cuddling up with my guard Cat who seriously thinks he’s a dog! (must love animals) Then when I get cabin fever, I usually head out looking for an outdoor adventure; like beach fun, walks, swimming, yoga, shopping, restaurants and cafe hopping. Leading a healthy lifestyle is a top priority for me and helps me keep up with my life’s demands. So this is definitely not a party house sorry! It would really suit someone looking for the same type of chilled home life and who is working and also busy.
