It's in a very quiet culdesac with beautiful neighbours. The house is old style but very clean and tidy. Has roller shutters. No carpets though all hard flooring! It has reverse cycle air con and gas heating. Coffee machine. Theres a garage to store extra belongings if needed. You must love dogs as I have 2 beautiful little non shedding furkids. Must be a non-smoker! Alternatively I also have a very large room big enough for a studio type set up with aircon, I will only rent one of the rooms only.
