FEMALE applicants in their mid-late 20s only, please - the room is for one woman only. The housemates range from 21-26 years old. We are needing the room rented by late Jan, early Feb.
We are looking for someone who is easy going, kind, happy to participate in our cleaning roster and who is keen on socialising/becoming friends with us. Dog lovers are a must. Please note, we are NOT a super quiet household- we are comfortable in our space - but we are respectful of people's schedules.

5 minute drive to Curtin Uni (25 minute walk), 3 minute drive to East Vic Park, and a 4 minute drive to the pool, Bentley plaza is 2 mins away.
We have a cinema room, and separate study. There are two ovens, and we have two ORANGE couches which we think are great. The house has so much character and is huge! The house is fully furnished. Bedrooms have a double bed, drawer and cupboard. Bills inclusive.

We are happy for housemates to sometimes have guests!
Please note, we don't rent the room out when a housemate is away for FIFO or holiday etc - we do not feel comfortable having randoms staying in our home without you when you’re away

Hi, we are 4 easy-going, young women, a big calm senior dog, and a very cuddly rescue kelpie who loves a good couch to nap on - as a rescue, the kelpie can sometimes be anxious with new people and may bark - we get guests to sit and ignore him, then he will come up for pets and realise he has a new friend.
We are all social, love to chat, go out for breakfasts together, but also like our space to recharge and for quality sleep. We all strongly believe in building up women, and don't do pettiness. Open communication and respect is very important to us because we want this to a home everyone likes to come back to. By moving in with us, you'll be making 4 great friends ready to support and include you.
