About the flatmates
Hi, my name is Ben and I am about to be 49. I am the only other person living in the home. I will only there about a week per month starting from the 23rd January. I am currently in QLD, but am starting a business in Perth ( mortgage broking).
Ideally looking for someone quiet and clean to stay in the house.
There is a medium sized bedroom with an adjoining living room and bathroom across the back of the house. A larger bedroom is also available, but it is not next to the bathroom. I would prefer a single person to stay, but would consider an older couple.
Home is currently tenanted, so all the furniture in the photos will change.
