About the flatmates
Hi, I’m Mia. I work FIFO on a 2:2 roster, so I’m only home around half the year. When I am home, I spend about half of my time with my partner, so the house never feels crowded or hectic.
Currently, the home is shared with an English couple — one works locally in Perth, and the other works FIFO on a 2:1 roster.
The household naturally runs on FIFO rhythms, so it’s generally calm, organised and respectful of each other’s space.
I love the beach, watching the sunset from the balcony, going to the gym, good food, getting creative, and having open-minded conversations. I enjoy a social drink and the occasional night out with friends, but I also strongly value downtime. Home is very much a place of peace, not a party house.
