About the property
Available from Sunday 01 March 2026. The apartment is next to the beach with the lovely cool afternoon sea breezes and the best sunsets. All bills included except electricity (about $40 per month). Would prefer mature female and or FIFO. Shared bathroom with male (FIFO). I will be away possibly traveling 2 months at a time. The plan is 5 or 6 months away out of a year. So there will be just the two of you in a rather large place. I am looking for a long term tenant, cheers.

About the flatmates
Great for students or FIFO. Beachfront apartment. I work as a relief teacher and travel. Downstairs: 2 furnished bedrooms, new bathroom, study, courtyard, separate living area upstairs and some garage storage. The large study area is absolutely fantastic if you are a student. The only shared area would be the kitchen and the upstairs balcony. The place is fully furnished with near new furnishings. All you have to bring is some linen. The house is non-smoking but I don't mind is you smoke outside. Alcohol is fine as long as you do not disturb others. ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS. The bus stop to Stirling station is close by - 20 minutes/13 minutes by car (6.5kms), Innaloo 5 kms, Karrinyup 5kms, Perth 13 kms, 24-hour supermarket 2kms.
