About the property
We live in Scarborough and will be in Brazil from mid-March to the end of August. We’re looking for someone to rent our private ensuite during this period and take care of our home.
The ensuite is fully separate from the other rooms, offering privacy and comfort. The house has 3 bedrooms, and another Brazilian tenant will remain in the second room during this time. The third room will be empty so there is more confort and less people in the house.
Room: Fully furnished.
Bathroom: Ensuite for full privacy.
Shared Areas: Kitchen, living room, and other common spaces.
Location: Walking distance from Scarborough/Trigg Beaches and nearby parks like Abbett Park.
We’re looking for someone clean, responsible, and respectful. No pets and Non-smokers only please.

When we're not busy with work, outdoor escapades, or academic pursuits, we enjoy socializing with friends over BBQs or simply unwinding with a good book and a cup of coffee. Our new home is a cosy place where we recharge and make memories.
