The house itself is a charming 3x1 with a seperate toilet only a couple streets from Scarborough beach (or 2 stops on the free Surf Cat bus every 10 mins) nestled on a tranquil and safe street, with ample car parks. We’re blessed with a nice sense of community in Scarborough. As a shift worker, my schedule can be a bit unconventional which requires someone able to be mindful of my sleep schedule at times, but also allowing you to have a lot of privacy as I’m often at work or out and about.
Your living space is optionally furnished with a queen bed, built in robe, 2 bedside tables and tall boy which can also be removed if you have your own.
The rest of house comes fully furnished.

I am very selective but happy to offer a cozy room for rent in my lovely Scarborough home. I’m originally from Melbourne, I'm a paramedic, sharing this beautiful home with my active and affectionate border collie. You must love dogs!

Life here is all about balance—I'm an active soul who works a lot and often go away for work but also love the gym, sauna, beach outings, boating adventures and going out to socialise so we often won’t cross paths, I do also cherish quiet moments at home in my own company as well as others which is why I’d prefer someone fifo who is easy to get along with. Whether it's whipping up some delicious meals or enjoying a couple of reds, my home is a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation when I do get the chance.

Cleanliness is paramount to me, so I hope to find a housemate who shares the same sentiment, contributing to cleaning, watering the plants etc. If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, I'd be more than happy to arrange a viewing.
