About the property
Hi!
I am David and I am renting one room in a house in Scarborough.
From the living room you can see the ocean… it is practically my dreamt home.
Its a 5 to 10 min walk to Brighton beach, Revo gym and to Coles. The house is located in a very chilled street, it has beautiful natural light entering through the living room.
You can see some beautiful sunsets and it has a crazy ocean view.
It has a bit of a backyard and grassy area in front of it where you can put a couple of chairs and see the sunset
There is no TV and there is no wifi.
Who?
Anyone.
Chilled people, drama free, and keen to clean after themselves.
No smoking inside the house
Don’t want people getting drunk every weekend.
Cleaning:
I am not crazy about cleaning but I appreciate a clean house… “Sorry, had to leave early and forgot to clean my dishes” that’s ok just maybe not make it a habit.

The room will become available on the 5th of March and lease will technically end in mid July. I might renew it but I am not sure.

I have been in OZ for the last 8 years. I can speak Spanish and Italian (not my best).
I love Scarborough, going to the ocean, surfing (bodyboarding), swimming, kayaking, and any sort of water activities.
I love dancing and going out, but I do not drink alcohol.
I like different latin american music
I am 34.
I am a teacher here in OZ.
I am very chilled and don't like drama.
I enjoy very dark sense of humour.
During my time off, I like to be outside... I don't really spend time inside.
There is a lovely Dutch girl who is pretty much into the same things. Loves the ocean, surfing, kitesurfing, she does her own thing.
Every now and then we hang out but we are very independent and enjoy time by ourselves.
