Hi There,
I'm Tyler, and I own the property and the current tenants have just vacated. I'm making a decision whether we rent the property out as a whole, rent room by room or Airbnb.
It's a development site and we are hoping to start construction by he end of next year, but nothing's set in stone.
It's currently unfurnished, but we are looking at getting furniture for the communal area via marketplace. If you have your own furniture, we can look at discounts.
