About the property
The house is fully furnished and comes with pretty much everything you need (bedroom does not come with bed), with a relaxed, beach-style feel and a separate guest room for visitors.
We’re super close to the beach approx 200m from the front door to the water’s edge. It’s also only about a 700m walk to the main Scarborough Beach area, including Coles, the swimming pool, cafés, and bars.

About the flatmates
Blake and I have both lived here for approx 4 years now. Blake is a cray fisherman so is away fishing for a couple of months of the year. Otherwise we are usually both around full time and work during the week.
Like the beach and don't care too much if there's a bit of sand around the house, like living a chill lifestyle. I cook dinner most nights and you're welcome to join in.
Occasionally have friends or family stay for a couple of days who don't live in Perth. Have a spare room if you ever have friends or family that want to stay for a few days.
