About the property
I think the best thing about our house is that it’s 1km from the beach and has so many food/ coffee options in walking distance!
If that hasn’t already convinced you, it’s a 2 storey 3 bed, 2.5 bathroom, so you either get your own bathroom or will share one with me and I like to keep it clean so it’s basically like having your own bathroom. The house has 2 living spaces, we’ve set one up as a tv lounge room and the other as a dining/ living room which is great for coffee and chats or just reading a book. We have a little courtyard which is great for a bbq, and a 2 bay garage/ driveway which means you can park your car off the street and there’s some storage space. There is a bus stop about 200m away so easy access to PT, supermarkets are 1-3km away.

About the flatmates
My name is Monique, I’m 31 and work part time as a physio, I spend the other part of my week volunteering at my local church. In my spare time I love to be at the beach, either surfing or reading a book. I keep active by running and going to the gym and catch up with friends over a coffee or dins.
As a housemate, I love a clean space so prefer to live with people who are clean also. I think a house should be warm and relaxing, so I like contributing to making the house dynamic friendly around a shared love for a Netflix series and a glass of wine, but also respect the importance of space to do our own thing.
