This house is huge with three living areas so you will be able to have your own space. There are also three outdoor living areas. Toilets are seperate to the bathrooms with their own basins so bathroom wont be crowded. Large kitchen with coffee machine. I will provide a seperate fridge for your use. Very close to the beach and opposite a park. 5min to train station and 300 meters to the beach. We have sea breeze and air conditioning. Close to rockingham foreshore area as well.

About the flatmates
I am a nurse and my two oldest children have recently moved out. My youngest daughter is 16 and in high school and lives at home. The older two do come and stay sometimes ( 19 daughter and 21 yr old son). Pretty easy going we have 3 small dogs. So you must like dogs.
Love the beach which is 300m away. We love camping, outdoors and snorkelling in the marine park. We have kayaks which we are happy to share so you can visit the local seals at seal island. We have both travelled. Generally a quiet household unless everyone is back home and there is lots of laughter!
We dont smoke and do not allow any drug use. Responsible drinking is fine. Looking for tenant up to 3 months as this is the first time i have rented out a room and a trial for me and my daughter to see how it goes.
