The room comes with air conditioning, shared parking, and a private bathroom (occasionally shared with my son). In winter, you can use the super convenient dryer!
My house is usually quiet since I work full-time. Occasionally, friends come over on weekends to eat, sing, and have fun. If you’re okay with that, it can be enjoyable!
Please note: I have a very cute French Bulldog, so if you’re not an animal lover, this may not be the right place for you. I do not allow couples or anyone with pets.
Rent is $250 (includes utilities and Wifi). The house is close to ECU Joondalup (just a 15-minute walk), with a bus stop just 1 minute away, and Wanneroo shops only a 5-minute drive. Very convenient for commuting and work!
