Looking for a room to rent, then we have the room for you!!

We have a beautiful large 4 bedroom home in Singleton, one street back from the beach. In a friendly, quiet area and we have a lovely room to rent!

The house has a very large kitchen and main dining/lounge area with all the furnishings and equipment. We have a screened outdoor area with an outdoor 10 seat dining table and chairs, where you can sit and listen to the waves rolling in. The room has reverse cycle air conditioning, a fan and a smart lock making it lockable and secure. There is off street parking to park your car. Your rent includes electricity, water, gas and high-speed internet. You will need to supply your own pillow, linen and towels but everything else is included. The room has a new mattress still in its plastic bag.

We are looking for people who would like to share our beautiful house with other like minded people, and who are friendly, clean and respectful of everyone else. Our house is 100% smoke, vape and drug free.

Room to rent

A bedroom at the rear of the house is a queen size room with built in wardrobe, queen bed with a brand new mattress still in the bag, bedside table and lamp. Shared bathroom and a shared separate toilet. $300 a week for one person and $400 a week for a couple.

You will need to pay two weeks bond, plus rent paid weekly in advance.
