Sorrento beach, Hillarys boat harbour is a short walk away. Sorrento beach walks ideal.

⭐ A bus stop direct to Warrick train station virtually 50m from the house
⭐ Perth City +/- 30mins drive.

Looking for Long term but minimum 3 months. 2week notice period if you exit earlier. 1 week deposit to secure which will be returned to you after final inspection.

It's a 5 bedroom house , but we only would be 3 staying in the house. Allowing enough room for everyone. You share the bathroom, lounge and kitchen with another female house mate. It's a two storey house.

The section of the house where the rooms are , are quite private. Room is big enough for a queen bed. So it's almost you having your own section of the house. Rest of the garden, pool is open for your use too. Oh and parking has its own bay should you be driving. City 30mins approx and beach 10mins walk. Can hear ocean from here and there is a view from balcony. The room is on ground level. Laundry is big with dryer and washing machine. WC is separate and not in bathroom but for your use.

Each bedroom of the house has own duct aircon system so good at that front.
