Bedroom with built in robe and own bathroom. The room is on the smaller side and is furnished. High ceiling.
Best suited to someone who is respectful, considerate, self aware and aware of others. Clean- you clean your own crumbs etc 😬 someone that doesn’t need to be prompted. We’re all adults.
Alignment is super important- bad experience previously 🫠
I’m energy conscious and like a low stimulation environment- I don’t leave lights on etc.
Third room is set up as a yoga space.
Not a party house. If you’re fifo- happy to negotiate a lower rate for when you’re away.
Your bathroom is shared with guests however, I rarely have someone over.
Area is quiet and safe. No noisy neighbours. Walking distance to gym, Phoenix shopping centre and doctors. Close to bus stops if you prefer public transport.
