Expectations: Housemates are looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. Everyone in the house is genuinely lovely, and we want to keep the environment calm and harmonious.

Just to be clear about expectations: no drugs, no overnight guests (friends or family), and no subletting. We’ve had issues in the past with people renting the room and then having others stay there, so we’re very strict about this.

We’re also looking for someone who is clean and considerate of housemates who work late nights, early mornings, or even seven days a week.

BALCONY ROOM | $300/week (1 person) or $350/week (2 people) | Available Now Located on the first floor with your own private balcony. Spacious and light-filled, furnished with bed and two bedside tables. Includes built-in robe and access to a shared bathroom.
