Our home is a 2x1 — It’s very cozy and welcoming. The backyard is quite large, and we’re currently doing some improvements to make it summer-ready, with space to relax and enjoy the nice weather. Nicco is also growing a small veggie garden, so if you love plants or gardening, that’s definitely a plus! 🌱
The location is great — just 4 minutes by car to Coogee Beach, 8 minutes to South Beach, and only 2 minutes to Phoenix Shopping Centre. There’s also a bus stop nearby, making it easy to reach Fremantle and other nearby areas.
It’s a peaceful and convenient place to live, ideal for someone who appreciates a friendly home environment and a clean, comfortable space.
