The whole house has Ducted Evaporative air conditioning as well as a large reverse cycle Air conditioner in the family area, each room has individual reverse cycle air conditioning to get thru Perth heatwaves. Gas heater as well as electric faux flame heater to get thru the winter months.
The large undercover outdoor area includes an outdoor kitchen, 10 seater table along with “sun lounges” to kick back and relax. Ceiling fans for those hot days even an outlet from the indoor Evap Ducted air conditioning to keep the alfresco area cool.
