About the property

We are preferably looking for someone around a similar age to us, in their late 20s / early 30s. FIFO workers also a bonus. Tenant must be clean, tidy and respectable of their living space, as well as able to make regular rent payments on time fortnightly.
Bills are included in the rent payment. 3 Month Lease agreement to be signed upon arrival.

About the flatmates
Me and my partner Scarlett both own this property. We are both 30 years old, fun loving people, enjoy being social but also enjoy our own time and space. I work as a Bar Manager in the city in the evenings, Scarlett has an office job during the day, so there is usually one of us home on a regular basis.
The vibe in the house is very relaxed and laid back. We also have two lovely golden retriever's, Romeo and Jenna, as well as a cat, Lexi. All of our pets are very loving and easy going. None of them have problems with meeting new people.
