The place is a medium density type 2-story 3x2 townhouse, backing onto some bush. The patio is a peaceful place to hang, especially with some outdoor furniture (if you have some that'd be great).
As I own some nice furniture, you'll need to be respectful of other people's belongings and look after them as if they were your own.
I have pretty much all the kitchen equipment you'll ever need (except perhaps a slow cooker/pressure cooker).
