About the property
If you are between the ages of 30-50 (roughly) and looking for a stress-free, clean and tidy place to call home, then look no further because I have the perfect shared house for you.
Located in Success, this large, spacious house boasts 2 large living areas, giving you the option to interact with your housemates or have a bit of time out for yourself.
We have air-conditioning throughout the house as well as heating in the living areas. Lock up parking is to the rear of the property and is available for you to use; however, there is also street parking out the front if that is your preference.
The room isn’t huge, but you can fit a queen-sized bed in there along with some drawers. It also has a built in, single door wardrobe. The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference.
We are a 6 minute walk to Aubin Grove train station and about 2km from Cockburn Gateways shopping centre.
To be considered, you must be clean, tidy and respectful, as well as working full-time.
Friends are always welcome to visit, but large parties will not be tolerated. Neither will heavy drinking or drug taking of any kind.
No couples, families, or pets.

About the flatmates
You will be living with me (home owner) and my housemate Liam. Liam has been here since November last year. There will never be more than 3 people living in the house at any time.
We are both in our 40’s, reasonably health conscious and get along really well with each other. I am outdoorsy, and spend most weekends hiking and going to parkruns. Liam prefers the gym.
I am a Primary School Teacher who is taking a term off to be a delivery driver. Liam works in oil & gas.
We are both clean, tidy, optimistic people who enjoy a social, but stress free environment. Ideally you will be like-minded and fit the vibe of the house.
