Hi,
On offer is 2 rooms for the price of one (only looking for 1 housemate, not 2) in my large house in Thornlie in a quiet, safe street. $270 P/W including bills. Min stay 3 months but prefer 6 months+.The first room is furnished with a queen size bed and storage shelf (not shown in the picture). The second room is empty and can be used by you for extra storage or a study. Please note, although there are two rooms it's not to be used as a defacto spare room for your friends/family to stay over.

It's a 5 min walk from Forest Lakes shopping centre, 10min drive to Carousel Shopping Centre (Cannington) and 15 min bicycle ride to Thornlie train station. I'm the home owner and will be the only other occupant. I'm looking for someone who has solid employment, late 20's or older and doesn't smoke, drink heavily or do drugs (and obviously clean, tidy and respectful). No dogs or cats (love them but not prepared for the mess). I'm a relaxed and considerate guy who loves rock climbing, so if you're a climber, even better 😁 All utilities (power, gas, water) and internet included. Rooms available from 11th Jan.
