The place is super clean and stylish, just 10min walk to beach, peaceful up in Trigg but close enough to the action of Scarborough. The sunsets on the balcony are amazing, and you can see the ocean.
As it is is only a 2 bed there is also not so much storage space.
We have movie projector -so really good for home cinema, sound speker, netflix and all the usual
BBQ ready for summer
Balcony ready for wines to watch the sunset.

About the flatmates
Hi I am Sarah,
I usually run my property on airbnb as I am often away travelling, but for summer I am wanting to be home in Scarborough, enjoy the summer, and therefore looking to get a tenant in.
I am pretty independent, like keeping to myself and chilling in the evenings. I like to run my business from my laptop so may spend hours at home basing myself there to do this. I love my gym and my surfing and I am pretty active and busy most days out and about running errands.
I may still go away and do trips to margs etc for surfing during summer as I love my travel.
The place is super clean and stylish, just 10min walk to beach, peaceful up in Trigg but close enough to the action of Scarborough.
As it is is only a 2 bed there is also not so much storage space so looking for someone ideally with not too much luggage and bags, enjoys travel too and perhaps does fifo like I previously did and understands the working away and wanting to come home to peace.
