I’m 33 and Mobile Exercise Physiologist. I work pretty regular hours, when I’m not working you can find me at the gym, going bouldering, or out walking the dog somewhere.
About the house:
2X1 home with a small back yard with small herb garden.
Walking distance to dog swamp shops, 10 minute drive from North Perth with bus routes available just outside the house. The room is unfurnished( though ca furnish if needed) with a ceiling fan but the rest of the house is furnished. I have a spare double bed if needed.
