The house is two storeys with four large bedrooms and a huge living area downstairs with a private courtyard, and a massive family room upstairs

It is a really comfortable place to live - with big windows and loads of natural light, hardwood floors, ducted air conditioning.

The house has a very quiet, chill, respectful and healthy atmosphere. We are all working professionals and keep things clean and tidy.

Definitely not a party house - we are all in bed by 10pm - but we are friendly and will have the occasional dinner or BBQ in the courtyard.

The house is big so helping with maintenance and cleaning is a must — we all pitch in and keep on top of it so it stays clean and nice for everyone.

Bills are not included — they are split among us so it's never too expensive for anyone. We also split the cost of cleaning products.

There is a double garage plus on-street parking available.
