- Ducted aircon with solar panels, so the house is cool during the day.
- Snug, but can fit a double bed, desk, and room.

- Nice Location: 5-min walk to the Vic Park strip with cafes, restaurants and shops, 15-min walk (5-min bike) to South Perth Foreshore, 20-min cycle or bus ride to Perth CBD.
- Large backyard, please start a veggie patch! The garden really needs work, so if you like that, you will be so welcome!
- Fully fenced and private, furnished (except your room).

About the flatmates
You would be sharing with two:
- Emily 27 - vet nurse, all-round lovely human!
- Jack (Me) 30 - Runs his own business, does work from home and loves any excuse to go out for coffee.
Emily and I have lived with each other for a year and half, we both live full lives so only get cute catch-ups when I run into them watching movies with their partner. Emily works traditional hours (and too many) while my own are quite mixed, but mostly on weekends; we have a nice mix of mostly living our own lives, and occasionally seeing eachother :) Household responsibilities are shared equally. Occasional household dinners (or a walk to a cool place) would be great! However, we mostly spend time on our own adventures.
