-Jess and I are signing for a year lease which would start from the 12th of Feb
-rent inspections are 3 monthly (fairly standard)
-your room has a split system aircon, a decorative fireplace, a small walk in robe plus a cabinet for storage. The room price is $213 per week excluding bills
-we also have a Gardner that comes every 6 weeks which is included in the rental price
-we’re a 6 minute walk away from the food strip and a 3 minute drive to Woolies🫶🏻
-lots of street parking with the option to fit 2 cars in the driveway and one on the grassed area
-we’re looking for someone who’s friendly, keen for a chat and has a positive attitude. An ideal fit would be someone who values friendship and communication in housing situations.
-we uphold a pretty clean standard within the house and would love to continue that with whoever moves in. We’d love someone who cleans up after themselves, tidy and is respectful
-we also have a friendly cat named Jester who is fairly independent however loves a cuddle🥹 we hope you love him as much as we do
