About the flatmates
This place is 2 mins walk from the bus stop, 17 mins walk to Victoria Park train station (4 mins drive), and lots of Asian restaurant around, close to Coles and WWS it's a convenient place to live.
Now is me and another guy share the house, whole house have three room, one bathroom and toilet, we are both full time worker, I'm a tidy person, when I have free time I like to cook and go to gym, I'm a chef, sometime when I have free time I will make some dessert o r try new things, I am happy to share to my housemate, I'm also an easy going person, FiFO worker preferred, but if you are not FIFO but you are tidy, respect to others still welcome, We have table tennis at the back yard and I have a small BBQ at the backyard too, can have party together sometime :)
Also we have one parking space free in the gate, if you have a car, can park in the gate.
