About the property
We have 1 bedroom available in our 3 bedroom home in Victoria Park, approx. 3 minute walk to Victoria Park Central (woolies etc.) and Albany Hwy including restaurants and gyms.
Bus stop out the front goes to Perth Busport and Vic Park train station < 10 minute walk.
The available room currently has a double bed, a large shelving unit and built in robes (to give you an idea of size). It will be unfurnished. A queen bed would probably fit, but may be a little tight.
The 3rd/spare bedroom is set up for guests, but majority of the wardrobe space would be available for you.
There is an undercover outdoor area as well as a large courtyard around the back.
There is a lockable storage room that you can share.
1 x car spot available, with room for visitors.
Bills split evenly unless someone is away for a week or more and then we can divvy up by days at home.
Currently using a mobile hot spot but happy to get WIFI and split the cost.
Note - you will need to come onto the lease which is until 11 August 2026. This will include submitting an application for the property owner to review and approve and payment of 1/2 of the bond = $1400.

About the flatmates
My lovely doggo Darcy and I are looking for a new housemate!
I work full time, occasionally from home but mostly in the office.
Darcy is a man of leisure, and at almost 13 years old, he spends his days sleeping. He is a lovely chill boy and ideally you are happy to help out every now and then with caring for him i.e. feed, walk if I am away.
In my spare time I'm often playing sport or catching up with mates - I like to keep busy. Home is generally a place to chill and relax. Happy for mates to come over and hang out - just looking for clear communication and no parties!
I'm after a housemate who is happy to chill, watch tv and chat but also to do our own things.
