About the property
Hello, we have an older loved greyhound. We would like a housemate who will lavish them with love and attention. If you can help out with the occasional walk, giving him his medicines and take care of him while I am away that would be much appreciated.
The price is for a fully furnished room and bathroom shared with 1 other female. Bills are included except for AC which is to be discussed if required.
Looking for clean and tidy housemates who are easy communicators. Being environmentally friendly and having green fingers is a plus as we have a garden!:) The rent is negotiable if we turn out to be a great fit for each other as housemates.
We respect your privacy but are also looking for people who we can occasionally hang out with ( eat, watch movies, study).
Non smoking household.
We do not have unexpected overnight guests in the house.
The house is less than 500m from the Victoria park train station and bus stops and close to the cafe strip of Albany highway.
