Location: 1 min walk to a bus stop (a 10 min bus ride to CBD but many people walk to the city along Swan River from this side of Victoria Park!!!), 2 min walk to Swan River, opposite to a beautiful park, and most importantly, VERY QUIET!!!
You must be wondering why the rent of this place in such a top location of popular Victoria Park is so cheap. It is because I know the house owner and we have maintained a good relationship for the last ten years. (I have been an ideal tenant!!!) The house owner lives in QLD and a real estate is professionally looking after the house.
