This is a large home with three separate living areas, mod cons and off street parking. The place is quiet, clean, friendly and central to almost everything. Walk to the station or shops, short drive to beach, buses close by.
My wife and I have had room-mates for years and most find our place: quiet, well run, respectful and a little fun.
We don't like the house to full so one room stays empty for family or friends if they want to come for a visit or maybe if they have a beverage too many to drive.
We have a large room available for $350 a week single or $450 couple or the smaller room at $250.

About the flatmates
There are currently three other flatmates. One FIFO, two working FT. Aged in their mid 20's nice folk. The wife (42) and I (60) generally keep to ourselves save cooking dinner a couple of time a week for the house.
