About the property
Spacious 3x1 in Rockingham, just minutes from the beach, shops, cafes and train station. Your room is unfurnished but welcome to use everything else in the house. Very well maintained, some recent renovations as I bought it in October (new carpets too!). Only taking a FIFO worker, front line shift worker (nurse, ambo, police, fire) or someone who works night shifts.
You’ll be living with me (owner) and I’m a pretty cruisy, outgoing person who doesn’t spend a lot of time at home so you’ll have plenty of privacy. I’m out most weekends and prefer a relaxing and peaceful home environment. I do enjoy a chat but also appreciate alone time so am happy to get coffee together some days and keep to ourselves on others.
The third room can be used for storage if required. We have a large shed too. Parking is on the street.
2 weeks rent up front ($600) and $500 bond.

About the flatmates
Born and raised in the area, I’m 26 years young and keep very busy with work and social life. I’m almost always out of the house but work from home 2 days per week. Love to work out, DIY, have a chat and a wine. I do cherish my alone time too. Pretty laid back but am super clean, organised and respectful so expect the same from a house mate.
