I have just purchased a 3x1 Townhouse in Waikiki and am looking for some people to rent out the rooms.

About the house 🏡
* It’s tucked away in a gated community and is a 7 minute drive to the beach, 7 minutes to Warnbro train station, 5 min walk to the bus stop and 10 mins to Rockingham foreshore.

* It has a living room and dining room allowing for space for everyone to relax, a fully functional kitchen, a nice outdoor area and air conditioning throughout the whole house.

* There is 1 undercover car port and visitor parking within the gated area.

* The bathroom is shared.

About the rooms ✨

There are two rooms available.
1. A very spacious master with a large built in robe. The room has aircon and a roller shutter for the window facing the street.

$350 bills included

2. A smaller room still spacious enough for a double or queen bed with a smaller built in robe. Air conditioning aswell.
$250 bills included

I am ideally looking for a person, or couple who have their own furniture and who might consider living there long time. I work fifo on an 8/6 swing however have a partner down south so am home more like once a month and will look at moving down south in 6-12 months.

Please let me know if this is you! Otherwise I am considering furnishing it and will be looking for roommates none the less!
