About the flatmates

We’re looking for an employed male flatmate for our modern 3x2 in Wandi, 7 minutes south of Cockburn central.
Bus around the corner and train nearby. Close to freeway, quiet safe neighbourhood, lots of parks and bush walks nearby. Furnished room, built in robe, queen bed. Private deck off the room. Off street parking. Theatre room with all the streaming services for chill out days. Amazing outdoor entertainment area with plenty of places to sit in the sun and read or invite friends over for dinner and drinks. Fully equipped modern kitchen and pantry. You have your own fridge and use of a real coffee machine for fresh morning brews. Bills, toilet paper, wifi and bacon are included. My wife and I are an Aussie couple in our 40’s, she works from home sometimes, I am a chef/landscaper. We’re not grumpy, fat and old 40’s! Shared bathroom with one guy from Uk, who is only home on weekends. We have 2 cool little dogs, so no pets. Quite a social house, yet perfect if you prefer your own space to relax.
