My name is Monique, and I’m looking for one or two housemates to rent a couple of rooms in my home NOR - message me for location details.

Your potential housemates:
You’ll be sharing the space with me, my almost 11 year old daughter, and our friendly 8 year old dog. I study full time and do shift work. We’ve been house-sharing for years and love getting to know new people.

I’m a laid-back, low key housemate — I enjoy good company but also really value quiet time. We’re tidy and clean, but we don’t stress over the small stuff. My daughter is kind and thoughtful — she often enjoys making drawings and small gestures for our housemates.

Our home in a nutshell:
* Fully furnished living and kitchen area
* Laundry with washer
* Lovely outdoor area for morning cuppa, yoga, or doggie cuddles
* All girl space with a calm and homely vibe
* Wifi

About the rooms:

🌼 Room 1: Inside the house, cosy and comfortable — $225/week
🌿 Room 2: Larger private room just outside the main house, wall-split air con and easy kitchen/bathroom access — $300/week

Bills are split evenly: if only one room is rented, you’d cover one-third; if both rooms are rented, each housemate pays one-quarter.

Both rooms come furnished (bed + drawers), but you’re welcome to bring your own. There’s plenty of storage and a lovely garden with fruit trees you can enjoy.

Only house rule: No boys.
Quick daytime visits from male family are fine, but we keep it short and sweet. Women friends and guests are always welcome 💕✨

I have two photos from the sale of the two rooms available 🥰 I’m currently going through settlement so don’t have more photos for now but I will as soon as I get the keys on move in day.

Long-term preferred, but open to short-term stays (no less than 6 months).
