About the flatmates
I’m Brendan we have a 2.5 acre property up for lease.
It’s a 4/2 with a beautiful pool and garden.
Currently have someone in the main bedroom a young 33 year old woman and looking for a housemate to help with bills.
$400 a week not including bills
Property has another granny flat on it that will be rented out but that is on the other side of property and both have their own driveway.
Pool and garden will need to be maintained so need someone that’s okay with a bit of work.
