Our place is located 200 meters away from the beach, a short hike on your bike to Hillarys boat harbour or Scarborough's nightlife. If you prefer serenity try the park adjacent to the back of the property, easy!
Park your car in the super-quiet side street, use the bus stop in front of the house or store your bicycle in the shed :-)
It doesn't matter whether you're young or old, male or female, couple or single, we have had guests from a couple of weeks to almost a year staying with us and even double return lodgers! We have a complete and friendly household with as much or as little social interaction as desired. Be part of the family or mind your own business, do as you please.
The place itself has a nice uncomplicated garden with heaps of space to store your bicycle, arts project or room for your own herbal growings :) Prefer sunbathing on a lounge not far from the fridge with cool drinks? All available! Common area is plenty available including everything you might need, such as fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking appliances, pots, pans, crockery, ...
The bathroom is a shared one, regularly used only by flatmates, that means you :-)
And because everything is supplied, please don't come with your own (half) household, thank you.

P.S.: As this place is built very openly and we don't fancy roaming pets among our stuff (the rooms for rent of course do have their doors, just ours upstairs don't), unfortunately that means that we can't have any pets around.

P.P.S.: A second person sharing the same room would need to contribute to the rent with an additional $50 per week, if all flatmates agree to the addition of another member.
