📝 A few practical details:

Prior to moving in, a bond equivalent to two weeks’ rent is required, along with two weeks’ rent in advance. The bond is refundable as long as the room is left in good condition and there is no damage to the property. Two weeks notice is required if you intend to vacate otherwise the bond will be retained in lieu thereof.
