About the property
It's a really spacious house with plenty of room inside and out, as well as a spectacular balcony offering city views. The house is in a prime location and really excellent suburb close to the beach and the City.
Bills and internet are on top of rent and we will be providing most of the furnishing to the kitchen and living spaces. We are hoping to get better pictures of the bedrooms and arrange inspections closer to the move-in date in mid-January.

About the flatmates
We're looking for housemates to join in on a move to a three-story sharehouse in Wembley Downs in January 2026.
You'll be joining three mid-late 20 year olds who work full-time and enjoy music, cooking and Friday nights. We're looking for similar people who will get around a balcony beer and good chats in the living areas as well as being committed to keeping the house clean, tidy and presentable.
