It has 3 bedrooms, and one bathroom. Newly renovated. Your bedroom has a ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. Option fully furnished with tv, or if you want to bring your own furniture that it ok.
Unfortunately, the property will only suit a single person as it lacks in the storage department, and the space isn't huge, so we think sharing the space and bathroom with 4 would be an overload - sorry couples.

About the flatmates
You would be living with Jad and Sheree, and our two cats, Flyn and Pippi.
Jad is an active systems developer, working full-time from 9:00am–5:00pm.
Sheree is a Pilates instructor who works early mornings until around noon and creates content during the day. It is important that shared spaces are quiet from 9.30pm as she wakes up at 4am. She is well organised and so she tries her best to be as quiet as can be in the morning.
We are a friendly couple who love living a healthy and active lifestyle. We attend the gym regularly and spend most weekends at cafés, the beach, or working on our side-hustle business.
We are not big drinkers and rarely go out unless there’s a great festival or event on. We do enjoy eating out and are usually out and about on weekends; however, over the next six months we’re focused on saving, so we’ll be a bit more intentional and cut back on dining out.
We’re very friendly and value connection, and we’ll always make time for whoever lives with us.
What we’re looking for in a housemate:
It’s extremely important to us that we live with someone who shares similar interests and values. As mentioned, we’re very active and health-focused. We’re hoping to live with a like-minded individual who motivates and inspires us to be the best versions of ourselves, and who values creating a positive, supportive home environment.
Please do not apply if you smoke, regularly use weed, or drink and party heavily every weekend.
