You would have your own bedroom and your own bathroom- the bathroom is also the laundry / guest toilet - so I use the laundry and guests would likely use the toilet - but not share the shower/ basin etc.
I have a tv, couch, dining table, fridge , washing machine, dryer etc. the place is fully furnished like a home with pots pans etc. you just need to sort out the bedroom.
The property is in an apartment complex with a pool, spa, sauna and gym.
Spare room currently has a mattress and a chest of drawers in it.
There is no parking bay included with the property. There is a lot of street parking and some visitor bays but the property is best suited to someone without a car.

I have my own apartment on Carr St West Perth.
Been here for 5 years.
I’m more interested in the right person than getting someone in ASAP.
Looking for someone chill to share the place with.
I’m a financial planner, I work in Como and am out of the house most of the time.
I sometimes work from home but this is very fluid/ flexible. I have a small study desk setup in the main living area.
I spend my time of an evening catching up with mates and am often not home during the week of an evening. I love to go for a walk around Hyde Park or hang out with friends.
On weekend I’m usually chilling out, brunches, catch up’s with mates and family. Or I’m probably planning my next holiday.
I am keen to share the house with another guy that’s pretty easy going. Keeps the place reasonably tidy and clean.
Would be keen for someone FIFO / doesn’t spend 24/7 at home.
