My name is Laura, moving to Perth in late January for a new job. Working full time in health.
Have bought a 3x2 villa in Westminster and looking for a housemate for one of the bedrooms whilst keeping the third bedroom as a study/spare room.
Open to renting either the master with ensuite or the second bedroom.
Preference for a female but open to couples if the right fit.
I’m very active, love running and calisthenics and plan to set up a home gym to share in the backyard!
I will have a fairly demanding work/study schedule however so need someone who can respect my space. Definitely no parties and no drugs!
