We have a fully furnished private single room in a beautiful and spacious homestead styled house available in White Gum Valley on the 8th February!
the house is only 2km from Fremantle, 3km to South Beach and 8km to Murdoch University. Very easy access to public transport via South Street. A bus stop is literally across the road.
There are 2 bathrooms & and 2 toilets.
The house also has ducted air – conditioning.
The rent of $310 per week includes ALL bills and FREE internet.
The room itself is furnished, however if you require anything else we can discuss, and I'll see what i can do to suit your needs.
