White Gum Valley, Perth

The house is a heritage listed property in white gum valley, a street away from bus stops, short drive to freo, south freo, and beaches. The house is double story, I will be upstairs and the 2 downstairs rooms are available for rent, with a shared bathroom between 2 and guests, with a 2nd extra toilet in the laundry also downstairs. The bedrooms are unfurnished however I do have a spare bedroom set if required (bed, 2x side tables- pictured). Bedroom 1 has a large built on wardrobe with drawers and hanging space, bedroom 2 has two receding IKEA closets with doors, hanging space and some pull out drawers. There is off street parking- we have fitted 3 cars in the driveway previously although can sometimes be a tight fit, otherwise there is also street parking if you have a particularly large car! The backyard has raised planters ready for veggies or herbs if you like gardening, and an outdoor shower! Plenty of storage in the bathroom, hall way cupboard and kitchen to be used ☺️
